Do your products comply with any national standards? |

All heatable products comply with BS8433 for microwaveable personal warmers. As part of this compliance, all our products have a special label detailing heating and care instructions. Our animal hotties also comply with EN71 for children's toys. |

Why do you need to put a small cup of water in the microwave whilst heating? |
| A. |
Over time and with regular heating, the wheat grain will lose its natural moisture content and begin to dry out. We therefore advise that a small cup of water be placed in the microwave to allow the vapour to keep the wheat moist. |

How long does it stay warm? |
| A. |
Each product will stay warm for different periods of time depending on the temperature in the room and the size of the heatable inner. For example a Body Warmer used inside a bed will provide approx 40 mins warmth and the smaller Hand Warmers in a coat pocket will provide approx 20 mins warmth. |

How is the product fragranced? |

We use either pure essential oils or lavender leaf mixed with Cotswold wheat grain. Please refer to the product packaging for specific scent per item. |

How long does the fragrance last? |
| A. |
Pure essential oils will fade with time and heating. Lavender leaf lasts longer and you just need to scrunch up the product to reinvigorate the leaf. |

Can you refresh the pure essential oil fragrance? |

Yes, by simply adding a few drops of any pure essential oil to the wheat filled cotton inner. |

How should I store the product to prolong the fragrance? |

After use, put the product back in its box. |

Do you make any claims as to the benefits of different fragrances? |
| A. |
We use a number of different pure essential oils and lavender leaf to provide differing aromas however we do not make any medical claims as to the benefits of any oils we use. If you are pregnant, we always advise you seek medical advice before using a product that has pure essential oils as some can be problematic during pregnancy. |

What is in your heatable products and do they have natural ingredients? |

All heatable products feature wheat filled cotton bags with either pure essential oil or lavender leaf. There are no other ingredients it really is as simple as wheat and natural fragrance. |

Most products have washable elements, we advise you follow the specific care instructions on the packaging and product label. |
